Keeping in touch from Ukraine
Keeping in touch from Ukraine Greetings from Odessa, Ukraine at present. I trust that you are all well and enjoying God's rich blessings at this time. Bless you for your wonderful support that has helped has helped us immensely to meet the needs of the orphans and disadvantaged babies of Ukraine at this time. My managers have just been calling out this past week for supplies for the huge needs that have arisen - for example, I was urgently asked to provide adult size nappies for an 18-year-old handicapped orphan boy, Petr, who was born without genitals and needs to wear nappies permanently. When I asked why I wasn't notified before about this need, the orphanage director said they were embarrassed to ask in case I was repulsed by this "grotesque" request and might stop supporting this special orphanage of disadvantaged kids. I said I would

Your area of need
What did Moses do when people of Israel stood against him? He still believed what God had promised. So to calm the people he said to them: “Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord” (Exodus 14). Even in our darkest hours we can trust the Lord and see His rescue! We are praying that God will bring a tremendous breakthrough and great victory into your area of need this weekend. God bless you richly.

He who honours Him has mercy on the needy!
Proverbs 14:31 “He who oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker, but he who honours him has mercy on the needy.” Let's honour the Maker by showing mercy on someone in great need today! The Child Care Centre in Gardene, Latvia led by a wonderful lady pastor, Marija Silkina and her compassionate workers each day care for and feed the poor of the area, as well as orphans, homeless kids, and the needy children of single mothers. These poor young mothers, who have to work each day, would normally have nowhere to leave their children. Pastor Marija and her workers are like “angels” caring for and ministering to these children each day. As the needs of the community keep growing, the Centre needs more funds than ever before for food, and to pay the increasing electricity bills. Please stand with us in prayer and financial help if you can. Please watch
This is Almants
He is part of a family of eleven children. They live in a rundown, ugly, former movie theatre in one of the remote areas of Riga. The building is so rotten and old that when they went in as a family to live there no one really cared. This is one of the buildings in which you really pray that the roof will not collapse while you are inside. A terrible place. However the family stuck together. Two of the older boys developed mid-stage schizophrenia. Most of the other kids have asthma and other illnesses. Government allowance for this family is under 200 EUR per month which most of it is automatically deducted for water and electricity. There is no medical allowance at all. They are trying hard to stay above water. Finding a job is almost impossible and whenever they arrive at a job interview they are scorned because
School needs
Psalm 9:18 “For the needy shall not always be forgotten; the expectation of the poor shall not perish forever.” This is also a busy time in preparing for the start of the new school year in September where we need to provide school requisites and study materials for the orphans. Would you please pray with us these needs to be meet! Thank you so much.
Amazing Ministry coming up in Ukraine October 2017
Amazing Ministry coming up in Ukraine October 2017 I want to thank you for your great friendship and your wonderful partnership in the gospel. You have been such a blessing and encouragement to us and more especially all the orphans we support in Eastern Europe. We couldn’t manage this vital work without your help. God bless you richly for your generosity. It has been an amazing privilege to minister the Word of God to the Military and Military Academies in Ukraine and see many hundreds come to Christ. As a result, the morale of the troops has grown and military family relationships have been healed. This increase in faith and morale amongst the troops, I have been told, has been a contributing factor to their victories over the Russian Rebel Army in Eastern Ukraine. They are getting this part of their nation back. Also, the deep hurts within the young
